to have any religious belief we want or none and it should not be a factor in our employment. To do otherwise is just asking for trouble.

Religion is like a peni$.

It's fine if you have one. It's fine if you don't have one.

If you do have one, be proud of it. If you don't have one, be proud of that.

But don't go exposing it to children under 18 or shoving it in people's faces without consent.

In other places, they've surprised me. Here in NM, a day coworker who always had her bible out while she waited to report off asked me quietly one night if it was OK with me if a patient's "life partner" stayed with the patient overnight. After I picked my mandible off the floor, I said of course it was, as long as the roommate didn't object. Sometimes they get the point. The ones who do are generally treasures.

"Christians" like this one are only bullies and common scolds. I might have referred her to her bible, told her to look up with Jesus said about homosexuals, the quotes were all in red. Here they are:

........................................................................................................................................................

Yep, that's the lot, all the quotes in one place. He said the same thing about abortion.
