He warned about the character of Russia following Communism. He was, as you say, spot on

(6,416 posts)He was pragmatic and chose his battles, he knew some battles weren't worth fighting and could be the wrong side of history. Too bad Ted Kennedy pushed too hard on Universal Care, I think Nixon would have signed something if it came to his desk. But cost sharing got a real bad rap then.
