To my DU legal experts, a question

Isn't the finding against Trump for criminal contempt a violation of his bail agreements in other jurisdictions?

And shouldn't he be remanded into custody for this violation?

The legal answer is obvious.
Yes and Yes.

But unlikely any judge will do it because of optics and politics.
They lack the political will to follow the law.

I wish they would prove me wrong.
