Jury Hears Audio of Trump Talking about ‘Hush Money’

New York Times: “To recap, the jury just heard a very important recording, made by Michael Cohen during the 2016 campaign and extracted from his phone. On the recording, Trump discussed a hush-money payment with Cohen, asking him specifically about the financing of the deal. The payment in question went to Karen McDougal, not Stormy Daniels. Still, the jurors now heard clearly how Cohen reported his dealings to Trump, and that Trump was involved in one of the deals they’ve heard so much about.”

How is cash more easily traceable than check stubs with Donald Trump's signature? I question whether Bragg even brings this case without those receipts. I mean Trump is guilty as hell and mostly a moron, but in this case his mob boss instinct to pay in cash seems like it was correct?

It's often said that a 10k witdrawal from the bank requires the bank to notify authorities. I think the feds let everyone believe it's 10k but I think it's really as little as $6500 as ome tried $9995 or $9999 withdrawals and thought they were getting over and not being notified on. But that couldn't be anymore obvious.

That's the reason Cohen hurried up and told trump it couldn't be done in cash.
