What's for Dinner, Sat., May 18, 2024

I put pork sausages and a butternut squash in the slow cooker for tonight when I get back from the community/school gardens. Today is planting day and I am giving out hundreds of tomato, cucumber, squash, and eggplant seedlings.

I cheat...use a dry taco mix and add a few spices to the meat mixture...uses some chicken stock and cook down the meat mixture...then put in blender and get the meat tiny...fill the store bought taco shells, mexican cheese, cheddar cheese sour cream, shredded lettuce/tomato bites...done..
