10. There needs to be a fence. Something to keep the Trump on his own side.

Biden should not shake hands with the man. There is no point in contamination or giving an opportunity for Trump to act up. Trump is not honest, or civil. Trump shows no respect to any convention and is blaming Biden for the result of Trump own life of crime coming back to bite him. At no time has Trump ever show an ounce of respect for decorum.
