My farewell trip to Paris, planned for early April, will not happen. [View all]

The art trip with three generations -- my daughter and granddaughter -- no go.

Supposed to be a Barcelona/Paris trip. Had the whole museum thing planned, going to Monet's Giverney, the Louvre, the train trip between the two cities with lunch and champagne, etc.

I'm more worried about what happened -- financial, I am told -- and am glad no one is sick or hurt.

This much is certain: in the days and years I have left I must concentrate on what I CAN do, not what I cannot do. Grateful for my good health and that of my loved ones. Grateful that I can self publish my art book (which is already written, just needs someone to work with me and Book Baby, and has a wonderful cover design).

I will write my third book (I already have an exciting idea).

Will keep you all posted. Glad I have DU in my life!
