2. They're fun when they're young.....

But after about a year, they can get mean real quick.

My family had one when I was a kid. He was an absolute riot, although he had a special skill for exasperating Mom--climbing onto the table, knocking over the sugar bowl, and eating enough sugar to send him into orbit; demanding his corn flakes and milk; trying to open the refrigerator (nearly succeding!) when he KNEW there was hamburger in it.....

Then he killed a chicken. That was all for him. He got a free ticket (with transportation) to a lifetime adventure in a county park.
